What is Birdman?
A cartoon series during the early to mid 90s. He was a man with big grey hawk wings on his back who fought crime and such. He got his powers from the Sun.
This was before Cartoon Network started showing crappy Anime.
Birdman can skate better than Tony Hawk cause of his wings, and then vaporize everyone at a rap "concert".
His brother is SpaceGhost, notice the controls on his wrist.

Birdman - what is it?
Someone who is always creeping in the back of a production (i.e., a music video, group, play, etc.) who isn't really involved or doing anything productive but still acts like he's the main show.
"For real, who is that guy with the weird face who's in all these music videos? I've seen him in the background of probably fifty-plus music videos of over a dozen artists but he's never doing anything, just standing there smoking weed and rubbing his hands together."

What does "Birdman" mean?
An obnoxious "rapper" from New Orleans. He fails to finish any sentence he starts and "puts his life down for his son" apparently. His face looks as if it were bashed in at birth and he just looks retarded. He makes an apperance in every lil wayne video. Just look for the person wearing sunglasses surronded by women he most likely drugged.

Birdman - what does it mean?
A game played my high school students. To make the hand sign necessary you must make your forefinger and your thumb into a circle, turn your hands toward your face, and place your circles finger and thumb to your eye with your other fingers pressed to the sides of your face; almost like a mask. When you do this action to someone the recipient must immediately stop what they’re doing and lay on the ground, making sure both shoulder blades touch the floor, before they can continue with their business. To block this attack you make an “ok” sign with your hands and place it to your eye, but if you look at it before you block it you must still lie down. If you see someone about to attack and you’re within reaching distance you are allowed to hit/punch/jab them in the side in retaliation.
