Military Slang - it refers to the attractiveness level of a partner or potential partner, (often temporary non-monogamous relationships with other military members), someone who's attractiveness rates as a 2 prior to deployment, but starts looking like a 9 after 5 months at war, but quickly transforms back into a 2 again when deployment is over.
E fucking nothing asks Corporal: "Dude, what's up with SGT Jones and that new girl in 3rd platoon, I thought he was married?"
