23C is the mechanical process of time.
{23C} You understand that, even though you live one hundred percent of the time; there is no such "offhand" development or consensus of a twenty-three to twenty-four hour structure of living. It is not simple. Design is a facit of development when it comes to the parameters of time and space; motion is a process of comparison (an adjustable value). In theory motion can never reach one.
